Due to covid-19 all sessions are currently being offered online through Zoom or Skype. 


One on one sessions allow for a more specified practice formulated to address your unique physical body, mind state, and lifestyle.  Whether we work more with the movement benefits or the philosophy and life practice of yoga is up to you. 


Through my years of teaching one on one sessions I have worked with many people suffering with anxiety and general physical discomfort, athletes looking to optimize performance, continued movement assistance post-physical therapy, and seniors who are looking to stay active.  


Incorporating yoga, mobility, meditation, and principles of ayurveda, we will work together to develop a practice and habits that helps optimize both body and mind. 

Sessions are 1 hour in length

Single session : $60

3 sessions : $162

6 sessions : $288
